After a season with Exeter City, McAllister called time on his playing career and was soon appointed as City’s Under-23 coach.

After impressing in charge of the club’s development group, McAllister made the step up to join the first team setup, helping the team secure their Championship status in April.

McAllister has now committed his future to Lee Johnson’s coaching staff on a permanent basis.
