Having spent the 2018/19 season on loan in BS3 from Chelsea, the England Under-21 international completed a permanent switch to Ashton Gate in June 2019.

The young left-back is a three-time FA Youth Cup winner has been tipped as a promising, physical young English defender.

He spent part of the 2016/17 season and the whole of 2017/18 in League One with Charlton Athletic.

He also played his role in two UEFA Youth League triumphs with his parent club, before he earned his first loan move to Charlton Athletic midway through the 2016/17 season.

Already an England youth international, having made his debut at Under-16 level, Dasilva added the 2017 UEFA European Under-19 Championship to his football CV as he captained the young Lions to a 2-1 victory over Portugal in the final.

Dasilva then rejoined the Addicks on loan for the 2017/18 campaign, going on to make 44 appearances as he helped Charlton Athletic reach the League One play-offs. He went on to earn the Fans’ Player of the Year award.

He made 25 appearances over the course of the 2019/20 campaign for City, creating two goals for his teammates. Half the season was plagued by injury and he would make his return to fitness as a substitute in the Boxing Day fixture away to Charlton Athletic!

The 23-year-old now has 85 games to his name for City as well as a goal.
