The technical midfielder arrived from Welsh Premier Women’s League outfit Cardiff Met Ladies FC in 2021, where she was the league’s top goalscorer with 15 as the Archers finished runners-up last campaign.

Twenty-six-year-old O’Connor began her career at Swansea City as a 15-year-old before having two spells with Cardiff Met WFC, which sandwiched a stint at Cardiff City in 2018.

During her first spell with the Archers, she was part of the all-conquering Met side which claimed three WPWL titles and two Welsh Women’s Cups.

However, in 2018 whilst playing for Cardiff City, a CT scan revealed O'Connor had a benign tumour on her spine which required an operation. After a gruelling year of rehabilitation followed by the COVID-19 pandemic, she took to the field for the Archers in the summer of 2020 and would be a star performer through the 2020/21 campaign.

PD&CL Building Services Ltd is the Official Squad Sponsor for the 2021/22 season.
