What is F3?

F3 stands for Free Female Fitness, so you've guessed it, the project is free, it's for women & girls and it helps to improve the fitness of participants!

Ran in partnership with the Premier League, the FA, SSE, and Bristol City Women's Football Club F3 is specifically designed to offer women and girls of all abilities the chance to have fun, play a bit of football and get fit.

What to expect

F3 welcomes women and girls of all playing abilities and fitness levels from the ages of six and above to get involved in the project. Qualified Bristol City Robins Foundation coaches lead each of the sessions which entail a number fitness exercises and mini games.
