Youth quartet loaned out

City have allowed four young players to head out on loan ahead of the new 2017/18 campaign.

Jake Andrews returns to Chippenham Town, where he scored five goals last season as they landed the Southern Premier Division title.

Forward Andrews, who also enjoyed a successful loan spell at Guernsey, has linked up with the Bluebirds for a two-month loan spell.

Defenders Aden Baldwin and Ashley Harper are both heading to Weston-super-Mare, also for a two-month loan period.

Weston play their football in the National League South and finished 15th last season.

Meanwhile, Connor Lemonheigh-Evans has joined Bath City on loan for two months.

The Wales youth international striker ended last season at Twerton Park but endured a frustrating time due to injuries.

Brian Tinnion, the club’s loan manager and ambassador, told bcfc.co.uk: “These are three clubs we have built great relationships with.

“We know our young players will be well looked after and continue to develop as players and also young men.”
