Wright and Magnusson link up for international duty

Bailey Wright and Hordur Magnusson have received call-ups for friendly matches as the build up to the 2018 World Cup continues.

Wright's Australia have two away games coming up, travelling to Norway and Colombia.

It will offer the perfect preparation for the Socceroos, who will play opposition from

Europe (France & Denmark) and South America (Peru) in their World Cup qualifying group.

Iceland, meanwhile, will jet out to the USA to play friendlies against Mexico and Peru.

Magnusson has been cleared to link up with his national team after suffering a knee injury in Saturday's 1-0 win over Ipswich Town.

Iceland have been drawn against Nigeria, Argentina and Croatia in Russia next summer.

Lloyd Kelly, Gustav Engvall, Rory Holden and Joe Morrell has all been named in their national team's younger age groups.
