City supporters can show their support to Andi Weimann by voting him August’s PFA Bristol Street Motors Player of the Month.
The 27-year-old - the division’s joint top-goalscorer - is one of six Sky Bet Championship players in contention for the monthly accolade following his explosive start to the new season.
Since arriving from Derby County in the summer, Weimann netted five goals in as many league matches during August, including a brace at QPR and a 31-second strike at Swansea City – the quickest goal in the EFL this campaign.
The Austrian forward faces competition from Neal Maupay (Brentford), Pablo Hernandez (Leeds United) Kemar Roofe (Leeds United), Darren Randolph (Middlesbrough) and Nick Powell (Wigan Athletic).
Supporters are advised that voting is now open and concludes on Wednesday, September 5th at 8am.
With just a few days to go until Elton John plays at Ashton Gate, concert-goers are urged to take advantage of special event Shuttle Buses laid on to help get fans to and from the stadium.
