Weimann goal at Swansea clinches August moment of the month

Fans have voted Andreas Weimann's 31-second goal at the Liberty Stadium as their favourite moment from August.

The Austria forward was in the right place at the right time to open the scoring inside the first minute against Swansea City.

Not only was it his fifth goal in as many games, but it was also the fastest goal across the EFL this season.

The goal received 60 per cent of votes on the Bristol City poll.

In total, 2,246 City supporters took the Twitter poll. See the results below:

  • Marlon Pack's disguised pass at Bolton - 30 per cent
  • Paterson's equaliser v Bolton - 5 per cent
  • Mäenpää's save at QPR - 5 per cent
