Nigel Pearson calls for City to be more tenacious when they travel to the Vitality Stadium to face AFC Bournemouth on Saturday, April 2nd (3pm).
Pearson told Robins TV: “I've said to the players that it's a really good opportunity because people won't expect us to get anything from the game and I know the players have a point to prove and that's good.
"We need to be really tenacious to make sure we don't make life too easy for them. I think they (Bournemouth) will be expecting it to be a tougher game than it was at our place."
With Season Tickets for the 2022/3 season available for renewal this coming Monday, Nigel Pearson acknowledged that his side know they need to improve on this season, adding: "There has been some positive steps this year but of course we are still in a position in the league that we know we need to improve on.
"We desperately need our fans to stay with us and they will if they see the right progress. I'd like to think that the fans see that their team cares and works hard."
Pearson also spoke about both Andi Weimann and Max O'Leary's well deserved call-ups to Austria and the Republic of Ireland respectively as well as giving an update on the progress Joe Williams, Alex Scott, Antoine Semenyo and Tomas Kalas have been making in their recovery from injuries.
City supporters have snapped up the maximum allocation of tickets with 1,318 fans set to make the trip to the Vitality Stadium.
