🎥 'We could have got something today' - Atkinson

Rob Atkinson was disappointed the Robins were left unrewarded after netting his first City goal in the 3-2 loss to AFC Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

Atkinson put the Robins in front early on through a header from a Matty James corner but the hosts replied with three goals before a late strike from City top scorer Andreas Weimann.

The defender was left to disappointed, telling Robins TV: “I'm disappointed, I feel like we could've nicked something today. I thought we played well in stages so hopefully we can start capitalising on these good performances."

On scoring his first City goal, Atkinson added "I'm really happy to score and open my account here, it's something I want to add to my game."
