Warnock Set For Cardiff Bow Against City

City’s Severnside derby trip to Cardiff City will be their new manager Neil Warnock’s first game in charge (Friday, October 14th, 7.45pm).

The Bluebirds yesterday opted to replace Paul Trollope as head coach with the experienced figure of Warnock, who boasts experience with the likes Crystal Palace, Sheffield United and Rotherham United last season.

Last season Warnock’s Rotherham battled to a gritty 1-1 draw with Lee Johnson’s men at Ashton Gate.

Tickets are now on general sale for the trip to South Wales, with just over 950 sold to date.

To book call 0117 963 0600 or buy online.

The match is to be screened live by Sky Sports.
