Bristol Academy Women's Sophie Ingle says the fans are crucial for the next two home games. #StandByTheVixens
Bristol Academy play Birmingham City Ladies twice over the next week, once in the FA WSL Continental Tyres Cup this Saturday and again Saturday, September 5th in the FA Women’s Super League.
The second game is a must win for Bristol Academy to avoid relegation. Birmingham sit two points ahead of the Vixens, who are bottom of the league.
The Wales international, Sophie Ingle says: "It's a massive game for us, we have to win that game otherwise the next two games after that will be a struggle against Manchester City and Liverpool Ladies"
She added: "It is great that the game is at home and if we can get a full crowd it will give us a boost. Hearing them on the sidelines will really help us."
Bristol Academy Women previously drew against Birmingham away back in April but they will be hoping to go one better over the next two games.
