Vacancy: Community Trust Business Administrator

Bristol City Community Trust is recruiting a Business Administrator, who will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to Trust staff.

The position is full time starting in November 2017 and is suitable for either someone who has experience in administration or an apprentice. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and engaging candidate who strives for excellence.

The role encompasses the following responsibilities:

  • Providing office support including customer and employee support
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
  • Collecting and inputting data
  • Sending emails
  • Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
  • Collecting and sorting post
  • Scheduling appointments and events
  • Ordering office stationery and other supplies
  • Managing the student application process
  • Organising work experience applications
  • Ensuring the vehicles are booked in for their scheduled maintenance checks
  • To carry out any other duties as required

Candidates must be able to work Bristol City home matchdays, and may be required to work evenings and weekends on occasion. As this role involves direct access to young persons under the age of 18, within the context of the job or any subsequently related activities or responsibilities, the successful candidate will undergo a thorough screening process, which will include a DBS check, to ensure their suitability for the role.

The salary banding associated with the role is £6,825 – £15,000 PA, depending on experience and qualifications. The hours of work associated are 37.5 hours per week.
