Vacancy: BCCT Business Administration Apprentice

Business Administration Apprentice Bristol City Community Trust (Level 2 or 3). Full Time.

 Salary: £7,215 - £10,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications).

We have an exciting opportunity to work at Bristol City Community Trust, carrying out business administrations duties to support the Trusts charitable work.

We require a full time Business Administration Apprentice

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing office support including customer and employee support
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
  • Coordinating matchday activities
  • Collecting and inputting data
  • Sending emails
  • Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
  • Collecting and sorting post
  • Scheduling appointments and events
  • Ordering office stationery and other supplies
  • Managing the student application process
  • Organising work experience applications
  • Ensuring the vehicles are booked in for their scheduled maintenance checks
  • To carry out any other duties as required

You will have:

  • Basic administrations skills
  • You must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with staff and customers in a clear, concise and purposeful way to build effective relationships.

This position is full time (37.5 hours per week) from July 2018,. Candidates must be willing to work occasional evenings and Bristol City FC matchday’s. The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
