Under-23s secure 4-1 victory over Cinderford Town

Bristol City Under-23s will play Cirencester Town in the Quarter Final stage of the Gloucestershire Senior Challenge Cup, after beating Cinderford Town 4-1.

Seb Palmer Holden scored after just 30 seconds to give City the advantage at the Causeway Ground but the hosts were level inside 11 minutes through Harry Emmett.

Thierry Swaby hit the crossbar from 25 yards out but two goals in as many minutes from Marlee Francois saw City pull away.

It would be 4-1 before half-time with Palmer Holden rounding off the scores on the half-hour mark.
