The process has been confirmed for City's junior season card holders yet to claim their free under-12 home shirt.
All under-12 season card holders get a free shirt as part of their package for 2017/18.
Fans who opted to pre-order will have already received their shirt through the post, or can collect from the Bristol Sport Store – subject to the option of delivery they chose.
Please note: No collections will be available on the day of the FC Twente game this Friday (July 28th). Collections on other league and cup matchdays will be available.
Fans who have yet to claim their shirt can do so by calling Supporter Services on 0117 963 0600 from Friday at 9am.
Once logged with Supporter Services, there will be a seven-day turnaround period to collect in store, or for the shirt to be posted out (£5.50 postage charge applicable).
Note: Proof of age is required.
The home shirt goes on general sale from Friday at 9am.
Season Tickets for the 2022/23 campaign are selling at a record pace, with more than 9,000 supporters already committed.
