Bristol City Community Trust is hosting a girls only holiday football camp at FIVES Soccer Centre, South Bristol Sports Centre this week.
In partnership with StreetGames and FIVES Soccer Centre, the club’s official charity will host the camp on Friday, June 2nd, delivering an action-packed programme of football, with the emphasis on participation and enjoyment.
The camp will run from 10am-2pm, and is designed to give females aged six-11 the opportunity to participate in footballing activity, in an environment they feel comfortable, whilst socialising with participants who share similar interests.
FA-qualified coaches, all of whom have a current DBS and have completed First Aid and Child Protection courses, will delivery the camp, ensuring the highest quality of coaching is experienced.
To make the camp more memorable, participants will be joined by Bristol City Women's Brodie Olive and Holly Chandler, who will engage in the session, pose for photos and sign autographs.
The camp is free of charge for all youngsters and can be booked on to here.
Community Trust’s head of operations Dan White said: “This is the second time we have delivered a girls only holiday camp and it is a programme we are extremely excited and passionate about.
“We are also hosting a mixed football camp this week and it is proving extremely popular, attracting around 200 football mad kids each day.
“Our camps are delivered within fantastic facilities, allowing participants to engage in a fun, safe and sociable environment, whilst developing upon their ability.
“With no charge attached to our girls camp, this is a fantastic opportunity for local females to visit South Bristol Sports Centre and keep active during their half-term break. It will be a great experience so don’t miss out, book now.”
Supporters can take advantage of 50% off all Bristol Flyers jerseys in the Bristol Sport store, online and on gameday.
