Travel information: City Women vs Durham WFC

First Bus will be running the HPC1 service at an earlier time for this weekend's fixture against Durham as well as car-park spaces being on sale.

BUS

The new HPC1 bus service will operate for City Women’s game versus Durham WFC at the Robins HPC this Sunday (September 26th, 12pm kick-off).

The service connects with most First Bus routes across the city and the ‘FirstDay’ ticket means you can change bus without paying extra. Subsidised tickets offer return travel from just £1.80 per person.

ROUTE DETAILS & MAP

  • Haymarket, Stop B10 (near Primark, Broadmead)
  • St Augustine’s Parade, Stop C7 (opposite The Hippodrome, city centre)
  • Ashton Bridge, Stop ‘Winterstoke Road’ (near Ashton Gate)*
  • Robins High Performance Centre

*This stop is located on the bridge over the railway line at the top of Winterstoke Road near the junction with the A370.

PRE-MATCH

  • Buses will depart from The Haymarket at 10.50am and 11.30am
  • Buses will call at St Augustine’s Parade approximately 10.53am and 11.33am and Ashton Bridge at approximately 11am and 11.40am
  • Journey time to the HPC is approximately 15 minutes subject to traffic

POST-MATCH

  • Buses will depart from Robins HPC car park
  • The first bus will leave approximately ten minutes after the full-time whistle once most fans have left the stadium
  • A second bus will depart approximately 30 minutes later
  • The Ashton Bridge stop on the return journey will be at Blackmoors Lane stop in Bower Ashton, just the other side of the A370. Fans can use crossing points and subways to cross,

PARKING

Ticket holders can purchase a car-park space in the QEH Sports Ground, which neighbours the Robins High Performance Centre.

Supporters are encouraged to pre-book as there are a limited number of spaces available and this can be done via the Bristol Sport ticketing site for £3, whereas parking purchased on the day will cost £5.

Once parked, supporters will make their way out of the front gate of the QEH car-park, turning right and using the footpath that brings supporters into the grounds of the High Performance Centre.

Tickets are still available to purchase for Sunday’s fixture.
