Traffic and CATS information for Bees clash

Supporters heading to Brentford for tomorrow’s Sky Bet Championship clash are advised that there will be major roadworks in the surrounding areas of Griffin Park (October 20th, 3pm kick-off).

CATS coaches will therefore be in situ at Ashton Gate from the earlier time of 10.10am and once full, each coach will depart for the capital.

The A4 will be closed over the weekend, in both directions, between Clayponds Avenue and Ealing Road, adding to supporters’ journey time. There is also one lane closed eastbound between Boston Manor Road and Ealing Road.

To get to Griffin Park, fans travelling along the M4 from Bristol are advised to come off at Junction 3 and use the A312 and A4, but be wary there may be more traffic than usual on this route.

Fans using the North Circular or A4 from North/Central London should exit at the Chiswick Roundabout and use the South Circular and A315 to approach Griffin Park via the Ealing Roundabout.

Lee Johnson’s side will be backed by more than 1,600 supporters in a sold out away end and fans without a ticket are urged to not travel as they will not gain admission to the ground.
