Lee Tomlin’s stunning half-volley against Huddersfield Town is in the final five shortlisted for the Goal of the Year.
The attacker is one of five players named on the shortlist following a fans’ vote and the overall winner will be selected at the EFL Awards, which takes place in London on Sunday, April 9th.
