
Bristol Manor Farm to host Community Match

City’s pre-season Community Match against Western League Premier Division champions Bristol Manor Farm is proving popular.
Over 500 tickets have already been snapped up for the annual event, which will be played on Sunday, July 9th (4pm).
For the past four years, City have kicked-off their pre-season with a friendly fixture against a local amateur team, with all profits split between the host club and Bristol City Community Trust.
Bristol Manor Farm play their games at The Creek on the Portway, where the capacity has been set at 1,400.
Bristol City Community Trust’s head of operations said: “It is fantastic to have sold so many tickets in such a short space of time.
“The Community Matches have extremely proved popular in the past and everyone connect with the football club is excited to be playing Bristol Manor Farm at the start of the new season.
“All of the funds raised from the match will be invested directly back into grassroots football, supporting Manor Farm in upgrading their floodlights and the Trust’s invaluable football provision throughout South Bristol.
“The venue will open at 1.30pm, with the Trust delivering a range of activities for supporters of all ages including speed guns, target cages, and small-sided matches.”
Tickets are priced at Adults £8, Under-16s £4, all of which will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Season Tickets for the 2022/23 campaign are selling at a record pace, with more than 9,000 supporters already committed.
