The City loans report: Vyner's role in unbeaten run

Zak Vyner helped Aberdeen jump to third in the Scottish Premiership, in a 2-0 win over Livingstone.

He played the full 90 minutes, helping the team are go five unbeaten.

Matty Taylor came off the bench to score for Oxford United. The U's ran out comfortable 6-0 winners against Lincoln City. Joe Morrell featured for the Imps.

Jonny Smith was another player to score after featuring from the bench, netting for Oldham in a 3-1 win over Morecambe.

Owura Edwards grabbed an assist as Bath City ran out 4-0 winners over Swindon Supermarine in the FA Cup.

In the Sky Bet Championship, Jamie Paterson also assisted Derby County's equaliser as they held Leeds United to a 1-1 draw.

Rory Holden played the full 90 minutes in a 1-0 home win for Scunthorpe.

Vince Harper and Tom Harrison also played the full 90 minutes in a 5-0 FA Cup victory over Kidlington.

There were further clean sheets for Robbie Cundy (Torquay United) and Max O'Leary (Shrewsbury Town) in their respective 0-0 draws. The shotstopper was awarded the Shrews' man of the match award.

But Zak Smith and Bradd Webb tasted defeat in a 2-1 loss for Taunton Town.
