Keep up to date with the latest performances from the Robins players out on loan.
It was a proud night for Matty Taylor and Oxford United in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night.
Taylor, who is on a season-long loan with the U’s, scored in the 71st minute just moments after coming on as a substitute to double his side’s lead over West Ham United.
Taylor was in the right place to turn in Mark Sykes’ cross before the striker went on to grab two assists as the hosts ran out 4-0 winners over Manuel Pellegrini’s Premier League side and secure their place in the next round of the cup.
Oxford United will face Sunderland at home in the fourth round.
In Scotland, Zak Vyner came off the bench in Aberdeen's 2-2 Scottish League Cup draw away to Hearts but the hosts won 3-0 on penalties.
