The City loans report

Keep up to date with the latest performances from the Robins players out on loan.

Opi Edwards got on the scoresheet in a 2-0 win for Torquay United at the weekend against Aldershot Town, in which Connor Lemonheigh-Evans was man of the match. The Welshman also played the full 90 minutes in a 2-2 draw with Barnet on Bank Holiday Monday.

Keeper Max O'Leary kept his third clean sheet in five games, helping Shrewsbury Town share the points in a 0-0 draw with Burton Albion.

Zak Vyner also helped keep a clean sheet for Aberdeen after he came off the bench in the first half against Kilmarnock.

Newport County's George Nurse came off the bench to make his league debut in a 1 0 win over Crewe.

Meanwhile, Vince Harper played the full 90 minutes in Gloucester City's 3-0 win against Boston, as did Zak Smith and Bradd Webb who starred in Taunton Town's victory over Wimborne by the same scoreline.

However, Matty Taylor's return to The Memorial Ground ended in defeat for Oxford United, with Bristol Rovers running out 3-1 winners.

More City loanees could be in action this week, with the Carabao Cup second round underway.
