Step-by-step guide to watching your team

City fans are encouraged to check out the following step-by-step guide to help access Robins TV Live ahead of the resumption of City’s Sky Bet Championship campaign on Saturday (June 20th, 3pm KO). 

The club will run a test livestream at 7.30pm this evening (Wednesday, June 17th) and this is the opportunity for fans to check their login details are correct and they can access the stream while receiving the latest club news. 

Robins TV livestream is available across desktop, mobile, tablet and app. As per EFL regulations supporters wanting to watch matches live on a mobile device e.g. smartphone or tablet (i.e. an iPad), will have to download the Bristol City Official Club App on iOS or Android.

Season Card holders who have opted for the free livestream option will receive a unique voucher code by 5pm (Wednesday, June 17th). If you do not receive an email by then, please contact Supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.uk tomorrow morning (Thursday) and they will assist. 

Once fans have accessed the stream, they will be good to go for Saturday’s fixture in which City take on Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park, 3pm kick-off. The Robins TV Live matchday show on Saturday begins with all the build-up at 2pm.

Season Card holders are advised that they will not need to enter their voucher code again for the rest of the regular season, it will automatically save. 

Supporters are asked to not leave it until matchday to test their subscription and login details to allow plenty of time for any issues to be resolved.  

Video and audio packages and subscriptions can be redeemed or purchased here and the club hopes as many fans as possible can watch Robins TV Live for City’s continued promotion push over the next nine scheduled Championship games.
