Callum O’Dowda’s Republic of Ireland held Denmark to a hard-fought goalless draw in their final UEFA Nations League outing.
City’s wideman completed an encouraging 80 minutes at Ceres Park in Aarhus as the Irish clinched a result against Group B4 winners.
Meanwhile, Martin O’Neill’s team finished bottom of the Group with two points, and as such, suffered relegation to League C.
O’Dowda will now return to BS3 and link-up with his City teammates as Lee Johnson’s side prepare for Saturday’s trip to Leeds United in the Sky Bet Championship (November 24th, 3pm kick-off).
Season Tickets for the 2022/23 campaign are selling at a record pace, with more than 9,000 supporters already committed.
