St George's Park cup action for Under-23s

City Under-23s face their Stoke City counterparts at St George's Park this afternoon (2pm kick-off).

The Premier League Cup clash pits Group G's top two teams together in Burton, with both sides having taken six points from three games so far.

Victory would take Luke Williams' side a huge step closer to the knockout stages.

City beat Stoke 3-1 earlier this season, before being thumped 7-0 by Liverpool and then winning 1-0 away at Charlton Athletic.

There will be free entry for supporters this afternoon at St George's Park, which is also where the first team have stayed and trained ahead of this evening's Sky Bet Championship encounter with Derby County (7.45pm kick-off).
