A fourth league win maintained City’s 100% record in the Sky Bet Championship heading into the international break.
Andreas Weimann and Nahki Wells scored inside 22 minutes to put City ahead at the City Ground before former Robin Luke Freeman struck a great hit to halves the deficit. Nottingham Forest battled but were met by an inspired Dan Bentley in goal as City held out for the victory!
And here's some of the reaction from social media...
Bents was in fine form but an early stop could make a claim as the best of the lot!
WOW! SAVE OF THE SEASON!

We doubled our lead not long after with Wells smashing home a superb Chris Martin knockdown! Darren is certainly impressed with the free transfer!
In my eyes, Chris Martin has already reached Legend status.

Injury time definitely felt a bit tense after Freeman had pulled one back for Forest.

Another win! 4 out of 4 in the league! Wasn’t pretty but we got the job done. Great end to a great week pic.twitter.com/GTsAQ3HEfX

A fitting tribute for Tony Baylis:
