Social Media Round-up: Bentley show gives City the win!

A fourth league win maintained City’s 100% record in the Sky Bet Championship heading into the international break.

Andreas Weimann and Nahki Wells scored inside 22 minutes to put City ahead at the City Ground before former Robin Luke Freeman struck a great hit to halves the deficit. Nottingham Forest battled but were met by an inspired Dan Bentley in goal as City held out for the victory!

And here's some of the reaction from social media...

WHAT A SAVE!

Bents was in fine form but an early stop could make a claim as the best of the lot!

EARLY GOAL FOR ANDI!

Nat summed up how good that early Weimann strike felt!

MARTIN IMPRESSING!

We doubled our lead not long after with Wells smashing home a superb Chris Martin knockdown! Darren is certainly impressed with the free transfer!

HOLD ON CITY!

Injury time definitely felt a bit tense after Freeman had pulled one back for Forest.

So many incredible saves from Bents!

NAHKI’S HAPPY!

Not sure people heard you at the back?

BUZZING! 🐝

That final whistle felt good, especially on the bench!

THESE TWO… 😍

New contracts and a great win in the space of three days!

Another goal for Andi!

WELL DESERVED WIN!
