Sky date revealed for City

City’s home clash with Aston Villa has been selected for live broadcast by Sky Sports.

The Sky Bet Championship encounter has subsequently been brought forward to Friday, August 25th 2017 (7.45pm kick-off).

It will be the club’s first televised match of the new campaign; there were four selected throughout the 2016/17 season.

City were 3-1 victors over Villa at Ashton Gate last season and then sold Jonathan Kodjia to the Midlands club in a deal worth £15m just days later.
