Antoine Semenyo will join Newport County AFC on a season-long loan, with the option of a recall in January.
Eighteen-year-old former SGS College student Semenyo made his City debut against Sheffield United in the final game of the 2017/18 season and recently signed a new two-year deal.
This will be Semenyo's second loan spell, having netted three goals in as many match for Bath City last season.
The temporary spell for Semenyo follows that of George Dowling, who joined Eastleigh FC yesterday, and builds on the successful policy that saw 23 players gain valuable experience on loan last season.
City's loan manager Brian Tinnion said: “We had 23 players go out on loan last season and we know how valuable those experiences were. This will be hugely beneficial for George and Antoine to get first team exposure that will help them and City down the line."
With just a few days to go until Elton John plays at Ashton Gate, concert-goers are urged to take advantage of special event Shuttle Buses laid on to help get fans to and from the stadium.
