Season Card holders refunds update

We hope you and your families are keeping well and safe during this second COVID-19 lockdown.

Further to our commitment to review the options for 2020/21 Season Card holders at the end of October, we are now able to announce details of refunds for the remaining six games of 2020.

  • Pro-rata refunds for the home matches against Derby County, Watford, Birmingham City, Blackburn Rovers, Millwall and Wycombe Wanderers will be refunded by the end of November so you will have this money back ahead of Christmas.
  • Direct Debit purchasers will receive the full six-game pro-rata refund if you have made five payments from the 10 instalments.
  • Under-12 Season Card holders who paid £55 (South Stand and Family Area) will not receive refunds beyond those for Derby County and Watford due to the value of the free junior home shirt included in your Season Card package.
  • Under-12 Season Card holders can claim a free junior home shirt using your Rewards balance.

The following still applies:

  • Robins TV matchday passes are available to buy for £10 (price set by the EFL) and stream packages will be available to purchase for home and away games not selected for Sky TV.
  • For home games selected for Sky TV, all Season Card holders should have received a FREE streaming pass code emailed ahead of the Norwich City game. This streaming pass code should be used for subsequent home Sky TV games.
  • Season Card holders who did not use their code for the Canaries fixture will find it in their emails, sent on Thursday, October 29th. If you are unable to locate it, please contact Supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.uk
  • The only way to watch an away fixture selected for Sky TV is on Sky. Season Card holders will not receive a free streaming pass.

Thank you again for your support and understanding.
