With around 12,000 runners signing up to take part each year, the Bristol 10k is now one of the fastest growing and most popular of its kind in the UK and it's a great chance for City supporters to get involved and raise funds for Bristol City Community Trust!
The race will take place on Sunday, May 31st and will start from Bristol's historic Harbourside at 9.30am.
There's nothing more rewarding than accomplishing a goal you set. Running a 10k is one of the largest physical challenges you can set for yourself – so why not run it with the Community Trust!
By signing up for the run via Community Trust means you are helping support the club's community arm through a donation of £4.
Sign-up fee £30; (Usually £26 with an £3 administration fee)
- £26 race fee
- £4 donation to BCCT
No matter of anyone's running experience or previous training, the 10k is a great opportunity to get active and increase fitness just in time for summer. In partnership with the club, the Trust will be hosting training runs for those who sign up during the lead up to the event.
Supporters are encouraged as part of signing up to run in aid of the Community Trust, with just a few clicks you can sign up to justgiving and support the Trust to improve lives through sport and education in Bristol. Sign up by clicking the following link https://www.justgiving.com/bcct/.
Runners are encouraged to wear Bristol City shirts - hopefully there will be a sea of red and white following a successful end to the campaign.
To sign up and for more information, visit the Trust website.
