If the first five days hadn't been intense enough, the City squad were about to put through the toughest, most gruelling session of their pre-season calendar to date.
On Tuesday, Lee Johnson oversaw a rigorous training regime which included sprints, long distance runs, ball control and upper core strength in the heat and humidity of the Floridian sunshine.
The session was only the first part of the day, with the players quickly down in the gym for an hour of lower body workouts.
There would be a more relaxed afternoon however, with a team bonding session at Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island.
A blistering hat-trick from Siva Naulago fired the Bears to a ninth Gallagher Premiership win of the season at Sixways.
