Bristol City Women's late fightback against top of the table Millwall Lionesses wasn't enough to salvage a point in the capital.
The game, which was held at the St Paul's Sports Ground, got of to a frantic start as Millwall to a 3-0 half-time lead.
City Women came out in the second-half rejuvenated with goals from Aimee Palmer and Chloe Gilroy, but the team couldn't find a third to rescue a point.
Next up, the Development Squad face Brighton at home on Sunday, November 12th (2pm kick-off).
