City Women development squad ease to derby day victory.
Bristol City Women development squad put five past Yeovil Town on Sunday, as the Vixens claimed all three points and bragging rights in the latest West Country derby.
Goals from Amy Goddard, Chloe Gilroy and ECFA National Team Player of the Year Grace Riglar saw City Women storm to victory, whilst the Glovers could only grab a consolation goal.
Lucia Carpanini and Ellie Strippel were the stand out players for the Vixens, who dominated the game from off.
Under 16’s player Anais Trinci made her development squad debut, showcasing her skills outside of the youth set-up.
The win takes City Women up to 5th in the Southern Division with 24 points, surpassing last years end of season total already.
Tickets for City Women's remaining home games are here.
