City Women put three goals past the Canadian touring side in first friendly of the season.
Millie Farrow finished two superb goals with new signing Millie Turner adding he third.
City Women remained dominant but MacEwan managed to get on the score board with a goal in the second-half.
"It was a really good work out in difficult conditions with the wind and rain," said head coach Willie Kirk.
"It is the first time the girls have played together with a couple of new additions in there too.
"We wanted game minutes, fitness and wanted the girls to start to get to know each others games.
"We rotated things to try people in different positions and I thought the way we recycled the ball was really good.
"You could see the lessons from last season and a bit more maturity showing now."
