Qualifiers return for Wright and O'Dowda

Bailey Wright and Callum O’Dowda are the latest City players who have been called up for international action this month.

Defender and club captain Wright has been named in Australia’s squad to face Jordan in their World Cup qualifier (Thursday, November 14th, 4pm KO).

Mick McCarthy’s Ireland host New Zealand in a friendly (November 14th, 7.45pm KO) before an-all important Euro 2020 qualifier against second-placed Denmark four days later (Monday, November 18th, 7.45pm KO).

Joe Morrell and Ashely Williams (Wales) and Ádám Nagy (Hungary) have also been confirmed as called up for international duty.
