City travel to Hillsborough to tackle Sheffield Wednesday in their final game before Christmas.
The Owls and the Robins are separated by just a point as things stand (Sheffield Wednesday 5th, 36 points / City 7th, 35 points) with both teams pushing to be in and around the play-offs.
Wednesday, under Garry Monk, are now five games unbeaten, while City are looking to get back to winning ways. They've suffered two home defeats in a row so will be planning for better fortunes on the road and pick up an early Christmas present in the form of three points.

Bobby Reid grabbed his first career hat-trick as City slaughtered struggling Sheffield Wednesday 4-0 at Ashton Gate.
The Bristolian took his tally for the season to 18 with a first-half brace, which Josh Brownhill added to before the interval.
Reid completed his treble from the penalty spot in the 64th minute to kill the game as a contest, as City rediscovered their mojo – just as head coach Lee Johnson had requested.
The victory, a first win in six matches, moved City back into the play-off zone, just days after they had dropped out of the top six for the first time since September.
Bristol City XI: Fielding, Flint, Magnusson, Bryan, Pisano, Paterson, Brownhill, Smith, Pack, Reid, Diedhiou.
Chris Vui and Charles Piutau were in action in the opening round of the Pacific Nations Cup, with Tonga beaten by Fiji and Samoa edging out Australia A.
