City are back under the Ashton Gate lights this evening as they look to extend their unbeaten home run to nine league matches against Millwall (December 10th, 7.45pm).
The Robins enter this Sky Bet Championship contest in good form off the back of respective wins over Huddersfield Town and Fulham, as they look to keep chase with the top six at the start of the demanding winter period.
The Lions, who narrowly avoided relegation last season, head to Ashton Gate in decent form themselves, having lost only twice since October and are under fresh management of Gary Rowett following Neil Harris' departure.
But the Londoners have struggled away from home, having won just once on the road in the league so far.

City fought from behind in dramatic style to overcome Millwall 2-1 at the Den, on the penultimate day of the 2018/19 campaign.
Lee Gregory had volleyed the hosts into a first-half lead but their push for a second goal proved unsuccessful, with the post coming to City’s aid before Max O’Leary’s save from a Shaun Williams penalty.
That proved to be the turning point as Lee Johnson’s side equalised through Jamie Paterson’s exquisite free kick only four minutes later, before Famara Diédhiou pounced to hit the winner less than ten minutes from the end.
The result meant City would end the season in the top nine and while their fight for a final play-off spot went down to the final game at Hull City, it wasn't to be.
