Bristol City v Hull City
EFL Cup, Round of 16
Ashton Gate
Tuesday, October 25th (7.45pm)

Bristol City look to make the last eight of the EFl Cup as Premier League Hull City are the visitors to Ashton Gate.

HULL CITY

After winning their first three games of the campaign, Hull have begun to struggle. In the Premier League, Mike Phelan's men have lost their last five matches. Their only victory in that time came away at Stoke City in the last round of the EFL Cup. They currently occupy the Premier League relegation zone.

MANAGER

Mike Phelan is taking his first steps into management after a host of coaching roles, the biggest being in support of Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United - where he also spent time as a player. Phelan was Steve Bruce's assistant as Hull secured promotion last season and stepped up to the top job when the ex-Manchester United defender opted to leave the club in the summer.

OFFICIALS

Keith Stroud will be in charge of the match, assisted by John Flynn and Mark Pottage. Oliver Langford has been named as the fourth official.

TICKETS

Tickets will be available on the night, priced £13 for adults, with quid a kid also available.

LAST TIME OUT

Hull City 4-0 Bristol City, April 2nd 2016. A disappointing trip to the KC Stadium for City, as goals from Curtis Davies, Robert Snodgrass, Mohamed Diame and Sone Aluko earned the Premier League-bound Tigers a resounding victory.

EFL Cup: Fifth Round (Lost to Manchester City)
