Eros Pisano is looking forward to a tough challenge away to Burton Albion.
The Italian right-back is still returning to full fitness after a long-term injury lay-off, but looks set for his second appearance of the calendar year on Saturday (March 10th, 3pm kick-off).
Summer signing Pisano told BCTV: "I believe I have worked hard over the last three-and-a-half months. I don’t feel 100% but I work hard everyday to get back to full fitness.
"It’s been a hard time for my family but I think the medical staff have done fantastic work and now I feel okay. I am happy to be back now on the pitch.
"I hope to feel fresh, bring my experience and we have a compact squad who want to work for a win in every match."
City have only lost once in the nine matches Pisano has featured this season. However, the defender believes the clash with struggling Burton Albion will not be an easy one, despite the contrast in league standings.
He said: "It will not be an easy match, there are no easy games in the Championship, but I think we have the correct mentality and positivity on the pitch. We do play football and I think we have the ability to win the match."
