🎥 Pearson looking for more complete performances

Nigel Pearson wants to see his side cut out costly mistakes in the second half of the season starting with their trip to Luton Town on Boxing Day (3pm).

Sunday’s fixture is the first game in the Robins' second half of their SkyBet Championship season and a victory will see City go a point above The Hatters, who sit in 14th with 29 points.

Speaking to Robins TV, Pearson said: “We need to not make the mistakes that we did against Huddersfield. We are at least starting to create a few more opportunities, so it's important we get back to winning ways. Hopefully our fans have seen some promising signs and we've got to try and make sure that the second half of the season is a positive one."

Pearson also talked about the potential return and influence of Andy King, Joe Williams' steady progress towards recovery and the recall of Ryley Towler from a successful loan spell at Grimsby Town.
