City supporters will be able to pay on the night at Fulham tomorrow (7.45pm).
The club's initial allocation of 1,630 tickets has now sold out.
Fans wishing to attend will need to pay on the night, cash only, from the Putney End away turnstiles from 6.30pm. No card payments will be accepted.
There will be no price increase.
Any collections and duplicate tickets can be collected from the Ticket Collection Booths, located to the left of the Ticket Office on Stevenage Road, also from 6.30pm.
City have won on their last three visits to Craven Cottage and will be hoping to extend that run on Halloween evening.
General sale is under way for City’s next Sky Bet Championship home game.
Cardiff City visit BS3 for the Severnside derby on Saturday (November 4th, 12noon) in City’s last football action before the international break.
