Poppy Pattinson and Ella Rutherford have been named in Rehanne Skinner’s training squad as the Lionesses U19s build towards the European Championships.
The squad will convene at St George’s Park on Thursday for a four day training camp as the squad ramp up their preparations for the finals in July.
Skinner’s squad will head north for the European Championships to Scotland, where there’s also an opportunity to qualify for the FIFA U20 World Cup.
Both Pattinson and Rutherford joined Bristol City Women in the summer of 2018. The pair became regular starters in Tanya Oxtoby's side throughout the 2018/19 campaign, leading to them flourishing in their first full season of professional football.
Lionesses Under-19s schedule for the European Championship has been confirmed and they’ll face three tough opponents in Belgium, Spain and Germany.
