Owura Edwards has joined Exeter City on loan for the duration of the 2021/22 season with a January recall option.
The winger, who signed a new two-year deal at Ashton Gate in May, will link-up with the League Two outfit with immediate effect and if selected, will be able to play in the Grecians’ home fixture against Bristol Rovers tomorrow (August 21st).
The 20-year-old spent the 2019/20 season on loan at Bath City and then agreed a temporary switch to Grimsby Town in the 2020/21 campaign. Having made 20 appearances and scored once, Edwards was recalled to BS3 in January.
Edwards was then handed his City debut against Millwall in the Emirates FA Cup Round Four later that month, and has since made a further three appearances.
Mike Miller has put pen to paper on a new contract with the Bristol Flyers.
