Callum O’Dowda has been named in a provisional 39-man Republic of Ireland for forthcoming international fixtures.
The City winger could be involved in World Cup qualifiers away to Georgia (September 2nd) and in Dublin against Serbia (September 5th).
O’Dowda is joined in the large squad by three ex-City players: Richard Keogh, Alex Pearce and Greg Cunningham.
O’Dowda - handed last season's Irish Young Player of the Year award - already has four senior caps to his name.
