O'Dowda Called Up By Ireland

Callum O'Dowda has been named in the latest Republic of Ireland squad for forthcoming games against Georgia and Moldova.

Fresh from winning his second senior cap in a recent friendly with Oman, the City winger has been chosen by Martin O'Neil for the two FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Ireland face Georgia at the Aviva Stadium, Dublin on Thursday, October 6th, before heading to Chisinau three days later.

Meanwhile, youngster Jack Challis has been called up by Wales Under-19s for a training camp between October 3rd-5th.

The camp will take place at Carden Park Hotel, with Challis' team-mate Joe McNulty on standby for the trip.
