No injury concerns for Forest trip

City pair Josh Brownhill and Hordur Magnusson are set for contention when City travel to take on Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

The trip to the City Ground marks the penultimate game of the regular season, with the Robins determined to keep fighting for a play-off place.

And City will be buoyed knowing they have no new injury concerns, ahead of the Sky Bet Championship clash with Forest.

Josh Brownhill departed Ashton Gate, following the 5-5 draw with Hull City on Saturday, with stitches to his lip, while Icelandic defender Magnusson has not featured since picking up a knock in the 1-0 home win over Ipswich Town in March.

Assistant head coach Jamie McAllister told BCTV: "Yes both are okay!

"Browny had a few stitches after a bad coming together with Frazier Campbell. He’s had a few stitches but he will be okay."

At least 1,200 City fans will be making the trip north to Nottingham this Saturday but tickets still remain on general sale.
