Media Watch - March 9th

Here's a round-up of the latest online and newspaper media coverage about City.

In his pre-match press conference, Lee Johnson told the Bristol Post that City are still sweating on the fitness of Nathan Baker ahead of tomorrow’s trip to the Pirelli Stadium.

The head coach also revealed to the Post that the number of injuries his side have endured this season are the worst he has ever experienced.

Johnson says his players will have to undermine a gulf in experience against the Brewers, as the Burton Mail writes.

Nigel Clough believes City's impressive run in the Carabao Cup could be behind their recent struggles in the Championship, as highlighted in the Burton Mail.

Meanwhile, City loanee Jake Andrews reflects on making his full debut for Cheltenham Town with Gloucestershire Live and looks ahead to this weekend’s encounter with Swindon Town.

Torquay United manager Gary Owers told BBC Sport that on-loan City midfielder George Dowling still has lots of room for improvement.

These stories have been reproduced from today's media. It does not necessarily represent the position of Bristol City FC.
