Here's a round-up of the latest online and newspaper media coverage about City.

City won't face a reunion with ex-boss Derek McInnes next season after he turned down the opportunity of a return to England with Sunderland. McInnes and assistant Tony Docherty held talks with the North East club, but have opted to stay with Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen, report BBC Sport.

The Bristol Post takes a look at whether City need to spend big to secure promotion from the Sky Bet Championship, following analysis from Soccernomics.

Tammy Abraham is again in the news, this time on website The72, with more rumours suggesting a loan move to Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem is on the agenda, rather than a deal in the UK.

However, the Northern Echo suggest Swansea City have joined the race for Abraham, the ex-City loanee who scored 26 goals last season.
